About Backyard Beam
An independent publication about portable projector screens and open-air cinema.
Backyard Beam exists to make outdoor projection decisions easier. We organize the search journey around real user decisions: screen type, gain, backing, size, projector compatibility, setup, transport, comparisons and adjacent backyard-cinema questions.
What we do
We research current manufacturer and merchant documentation, separate published product claims from our own explanations, and build comparison pages only when the products solve a similar job.
What we do not do
We do not claim hands-on testing that did not happen. We do not invent pricing, customer experience, warranty outcomes, testimonials or performance measurements.
